Meet Our Team

Gregg Denhoffer

Principal Partner

Gregg Denhoffer provides portfolio and wealth management services acting as Co-Principal and Chief Operating Officer to Conexus Capital Management, LLC.  He helps successful clients manage, grow and protect their wealth, leveraging the considerable resources of Conexus Capital.

He established Conexus Capital in 2016, continuing a twenty-plus-year career in the financial services industry.  Gregg has served as a portfolio manager for Merrill Lynch in their Personal Investment Advisory Program (PIA) and as a senior vice president of wealth management for other large financial institutions including Key Private Bank, US Trust and Northern Trust.  Prior to that he practiced law for several years in New York City.

A native of New York City, he earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Skidmore College and a law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.  

Gregg has been on the Board of Directors for Mylifeline.org, a Denver based cancer support non-profit for the past six years. He also has served in the past as co-chair for Autism Speaks in Denver.  He previously served on the Board of the Jewish Community Center in Palm Beach County.

In his spare time Gregg enjoys the company of his family, golfing, skiing, and hiking.

Scott J. Altschul

Principal Partner

Scott Altschul provides portfolio and wealth management services acting as Co-Principal and Chief Investment Strategist to Conexus Capital Management, LLC.  He helps successful clients manage, grow and protect their wealth, leveraging the considerable resources of Conexus Capital.

He established Conexus Capital in 2016, continuing a twenty-plus-year career in the financial services industry.  Scott has served as a portfolio manager for Merrill Lynch in their Personal Investment Advisory Program (PIA) and as a senior vice president of wealth management for other large financial institutions including Key Private Bank, Wachovia/Wells Fargo and Northern Trust.  Prior to that he practiced law for several years in New York.

A native of New York City, he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the State University of New York in Albany and a law degree from Hofstra University School of Law.  

Scott has volunteered as a YMCA youth coach for baseball and basketball and served on the board of directors for the Victory School in Miami.  He was also a member of the Boca Raton Estate Planning Council and a member of the South Palm Beach and Palm Beach County Bar Associations.  He also has served on the professional advisory committee for the South Palm Beach Jewish Federation.

Scott spends his spare time complaining that he wishes he had more spare time.
